Beginner’s Guide
You're new to Gnosis Chain. You hold some GNO, and you want to help secure the network. Let's get started together!
Before You Start
Take a look at our comparison cards. We recommend reviewing them to help you find the option that suits you best.
Solo Staking
Solo staking on Gnosis Chain sets the gold standard for staking. By solo staking, you earn full consensus and execution layer rewards, enhance network decentralization, and maintain complete control over your funds. Take the lead in supporting and securing the Gnosis Chain by choosing solo staking.
Pooled Staking
Staking as a Service is the process of transferring your GNO to a third party, like Chorus One or Gateway. These organizations handle the technical challenge of setting up and maintaining a server. Using publicly audited onchain contracts, they consolidate GNO from a wide variety of depositors and use this consolidated stake to secure the network.
Staking Options
You’re getting closer to finding the path that’s right for you. Now, take a look at the liquid staking and pooled staking options. If those don’t seem like a good fit, consider the intermediate level for solo staking.
If these options don’t suit your needs, feel free to explore the intermediate or advanced level sections we’ve prepared for you.
